Monday Night Round Up

Its a twist! Its an arm balance! Its a standing pose! Its VISVAMITRASNA! When doing this sequence, observed how every asana relates to visvami
To the best of my recollection, here’s what we did
Supta pada I, concentrate on opening hips & stretching hammies
Uttanasana, but against the wall, legs at a slant, lift the toes, but do not give up an inch of the height of your butt on the wall
Squat, wrap arms around legs & then try to get your back on the wall
Adho Mukha Vrksasana, center of the room
Balance against wall
Go up with legs tucked, extend into handstand, come down with straight legs
Go up with straight legs, and come down same
Trikonasana, parsvakonasana, against wall. Have feet a bit wider, hand reaching beyond the front of your front foot, to open hips
Svarga Dvidasana, foot into wall - this is a build up to Visvami!
Pincha
Sirsanana
Urdhva Dhaurasana
Bhjuapidasana, legs back into bakasana, push out into chaturanga
Urdhva Dhanurasana
Astavakrasana, push back into chaturanga
Adho Muka Svanasa, turn over into
