What has Clubasana been practicing lately?

Laghu Vajrasana registers as 23* on BKS Iyengar’s 60* scale of difficulty. Ah, if this is 23, I am SO far behind in my practice!!
Laghu means “little, small, easy as well as lovely, handsome, beautiful” and vajra means thunderbolt.
This week clubasana worked on kapotasana, and dreamt of laghu vajrasana, as well as lower backs that didn’t kink up! (yes yes, lift the hips, easier said than done!)
